The request form sends us your name, mobile number, vehicle and, if attached, a photo of the damage and of the registration document. We use this data only to prepare your quote and schedule the job. It goes to our mailbox, to our technician (WhatsApp) and into our workshop software. Registration photos are read automatically to identify the exact glass (Google Gemini service, processed without retention) and deleted after handling. No data is passed to third parties for advertising.
